In game design, the mechanics are what a player does: the actions they take while playing.

I'm Brian Alspach. For fifteen years, I've designed, operated and marketed learning games, competitions and educational programs built on phronetic mechanics: engaging experiences with impact-aligned mechanics that have helped guide millions of players and learners towards their ultimate goals.
